Anchored Vines is designed to function entirely on your device without collecting personal information. We do not collect:

Anchored Vines does not display advertisements. We do not integrate any advertising SDKs or ad networks into the App.

4b. No Third-Party Analytics

We do not use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, or similar tools within the App.

4c. Apple Services

The App is distributed via Apple's App Store and operates on Apple's iOS platform. Apple's standard system services (such as crash reporting if you have enabled this in your iPhone settings) may apply. These are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and are outside our control.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any personal information because we do not collect any. We will never sell your data to third parties.

In the unlikely event we are required by law to disclose information, we would comply with applicable legal obligations — however, since we hold no personal data, there is nothing to disclose.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's guidelines for apps used by children.

Parents and guardians can use this App with confidence that no personal information about their children is being collected.
